Private Class Format

Learn techniques, successful recipe execution and use of ingredients. Each class is approximately 4 hours long. Choose a menu similar as if you were going to a restaurant.: select an appetizer/starter, salad, main course and sides and dessert. A total of 4 dishes is recommended. Depending on what you select Chef Ann-Marie will make some recommendations to help you create a balanced meal. Class includes food, recipes, specialty beverage, tropical fruit and the lunch or dinner you choose to cook.

Farmer’s Market Tour and Cooking Class

Available only on Saturday morning and your experience begins @7:00 am. with Chef Ann-Marie where you will spend a minimum of an hour at the upcountry Maui farmer’s market. You will meet local farmers and enjoy specialty items only available at the market. Together you and Chef Ann-Marie will design the menu you will be cooking as well as be inspired by the ingredients available that morning to create the lunch menu. Set aside at least 8 hours for this culinary experience. Chef Ann-Marie will focus on how to use ingredients and to come up with recipes that work. Chef Ann-Marie will make some recommendations on how to create a balanced meal. This experience includes breakfast, snacks, farmer’s market tour, food costs, recipes, specialty beverage, seasonal tropical fruit and the lunch you prepare.

Multi-Day Classes and Experience

Are you in love with life, food and your health? This is a full FOODIE Hawaiian-inspired culinary immersion experience! Together with Chef Ann-Marie you will tour the local upcountry market in Maui, visit private farms as well as experience a cornucopia of seasonal fruit at a tropical fruit farm. You will enjoy local vegan food and create plant-based inspired cuisines that will inspire you to follow your health-based journey.

You will experience and enjoy a vegan multi-course Polynesian luau or choose to experience working on a local Hawaiian farm and cooking lunch together. This culinary journey (minimum 5-days) is an exclusive customized training available only on Maui, Hawaii. Your experience includes meals, transportation to locations, farmer’s market tour, food costs, recipes, specialty beverages, seasonal tropical fruits and the meals you cook. Some exclusive experiences are included. Accommodations are separate and not included in pricing.
